WEST HAM MOVE FOR EMENIKE

West Ham have made a loan bid for Fenerbahce striker Emmanuel Emenike, Sky understands.

The deal, which would be until the end of the season, would require three parties to agree though as the player is currently on loan in the UAE with Al Ain.

West Ham co-chairman David Sullivan told SSN yesterday that they hope to bring in a striker on loan and said the player in question was playing in a "strange League".

I'm actually amazed at how many nationals printed that shit about Sturridge on their websites when half the world knew it came from the Brentwood Gazette.

I get the impression Sturridge doesn't want to be a footballer.
Can't say I blame him. If I had several millions of pounds in the bank I'd struggle to motivate myself to work as well.

He has played in Turkey and Africa hardly great leagues

You must point out to me where anyone said great leagues? Sullivan said he'd played at a higher league.

On a different note, this Nigerian geezer looks like a complete nut nut. We are due one of them in the team, get him in.

I think people are getting confused by Sullivan's comments.

The 20 a goal striker is in the summer, a separate one.

The way I read it he was talking about two separate players?

The bit referring to Emineke is "...and there's a possibility that an overseas striker will come in on loan within the next seven days with an option to buy."

The rest is about hoping to get in the other, more well known player.

Could be wrong, but that's how it read to me.
